Where do I get the MMSC, MMS Proxy, MMS Max Message Size, and MMS UA Prof URL:?

When I tried to put any MMS via Cydia, it get this warning stating there are some conflicts which can NOT be resolved. etc...

actually, it does not help me. I only have the APN, username and passward.

i get pictures and i can send them, but when i recieve them, they are blurry? can you help??!!

hey i have been try to do this but i don't have a apn opt on my phone i have 3.0.1 i think can you help are point me in the right direction to get it working

Two questions:
1) I've got a 2G iphone using Tmobile. I used your setting to send mms using Activatemms and I get the red exclamation point.
2) Got a jailboken 3G and after installing Activatemms, phone froze with Apple logo after restart. Had to do a complete restore. Any suggestions?

1. For the 2G phone, I have never used ActivateMMS2G or even tried to activate MMS on the 2G. The numbers are right, so if it's not working for you, re-check. Remember, these are for US T-Mobile only.

2. ActivateMMS2G is ONLY FOR THE 2G PHONE. If you installed it on the 3G, I can only imagine that it will break things. The best thing for you to do at this point is a full restore on your phone. If you're not sure how, hit up http://modmyi.com and the iPhone Dev Blog at http://blog.iphone-dev.org

You're right, the 3G froze and I did do the restore, but I was trying to find out how I go about enabling MMS on a 3G, jailbroken using 3.0 on Tmobile. Thanks.

After a clean restore and unlock, you should be able to punch in the
MMS settings, reboot, and no problems.

i entered the numbers into my 3g and can send mms, takes a little while, but have yet to recieve a mms. any thoughts?

Got it working on a 3g, also got a hack through cydia for the 2g and the settings work for that as well.

would this work on 2g iphones also

The numbers are the same, but "technically" you're not supposed to be
able to do MMS on the 2G. There is an app in Cydia that is called
ActivateMMS2G. I haven't tried it. If you break your phone, it's not
my fault.

I do have the picture icon on my sms and I inserted a picture into the message but when I send it, I get an error (that little red exclamation point !) No matter how many times I try to send I keep getting it....Any idea why? Thanks

Double check the settings on your phone. Those settings are for T-
Mobile US. You may even want to try to reset your network settings and
reboot before you punch in the settings. If all else fails start from
scratch. Everyone has been reporting that it works flawlessly.

It works, thanks !!!! However, it always compresses the pictures received to : 60-80 Kb. Is there anyway to fix the problem? Thanks

I haven't heard of a way to fix it. I noticed that with the first MMS
I received, but the second was ok. They were from 2 differant phones
and carriers so maybe that has something to do with it. I'll post more
if I find out.

The app in cydia works great.. And if you are having issues with mms on the iphone 2g and 3g. (errors saying the image is too big? Here is a fix..
